Progressive Printers merge with Advanced Imaging

We’re proud to announce our recent merger with Advanced Imaging Ltd.

Advanced Imaging was founded in 1996 as a repro company and quickly gained a reputation for producing high quality work. They are Nottingham’s longest established HP Indigo site, having installed their first Indigo press in 1999. Continual investment in new presses, software and training have made them the “first choice” digital printers for many design agencies and blue chip clients across the East Midlands.

Our newly formed partnership offers the most extensive quality print, design and production facility in Nottingham and will be based at Progressive’s current site. The merger will give both companies a wider range of products, Advanced are leaders in high quality digital print, design, CD/DVD duplication, variable data print, large format and poster printing, which will add to our already wide range of products.

Paul Shotton (Director) says “Advanced are well known to us and are great people to deal with, their trade knowledge is vast and the synergies between the two companies make great commercial sense, it seemed the natural progression for us to work more closely together, with similar mindsets the two companies will embrace industry changes and I look forward to building upon the business alliance we’ve forged together over the last twelve years”.

Jonathan Smith (Director) says “The merger is the logical next step for both companies allowing us to expand into the litho market and extend the level of service we already offer, it can only be good for all concerned – both clients and staff. The two companies have strong resources and strengths and we can build on those foundations well into the future”.

The new venture currently employs 30 staff, all of which are looking forward to a working future together.

Progressive Printers Ltd and Advanced Imaging Ltd will remain as trading names.
